Thank you for shopping with BeautyShelfy. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, and order cancellations are handled.

1. Thirty-Day Return Period

BeautyShelfy offers eligible customers a 30-day return period.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

To qualify for a standard return, the product should be:

  • In its original or substantially original condition
  • Unused, unassembled, and free from signs of wear
  • Returned with its original packaging, accessories, components, and instructions
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, altered, improperly assembled, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Free Returns

BeautyShelfy provides free returns for eligible purchases submitted within the 30-day return period.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. When available, we may provide a prepaid return label. If a prepaid label is unavailable in your location, our support team will provide an alternative return arrangement.

Do not return a product without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be sent to an incorrect facility and may not be eligible for reimbursement.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Photographs of the product and packaging when applicable
  • Photographs or video showing any defect, damage, or incorrect item

Our support team will review the request and provide the appropriate instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us promptly if your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered. Include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged or incorrect area
  • Any missing components

After reviewing the evidence, BeautyShelfy may offer an appropriate resolution, including:

  • A free replacement
  • A replacement part
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund when accepted by the customer

You will not be charged return shipping for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim.

5. Refund Processing

After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. BeautyShelfy does not normally issue refunds to a different bank account, card, digital wallet, or payment method.

We aim to initiate approved refunds within five business days after completing the inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

Original standard shipping is free and therefore has no refundable shipping value.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct product exchanges because inventory may change. The simplest way to obtain a different product, size, style, or model is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If the original product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before placing another order so we can determine the most appropriate solution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale before purchase
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper assembly
  • Products returned with missing parts
  • Items showing excessive use or contamination
  • Products returned without authorization

These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Missing Refunds

After receiving a refund confirmation, please allow the processing time stated by your bank or payment provider.

If the refund has not appeared after the expected processing period:

  1. Review the original payment account.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider.

10. Consumer Rights
