BeautyShelfy offers free worldwide standard shipping, subject to carrier availability and legal shipping restrictions.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts and promotional offers may have separate conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum order amounts, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
• Multiple discount codes cannot be combined
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn where legally permitted
