Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how BeautyShelfy processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders placed through beautyshelfy.shop.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

BeautyShelfy offers free standard shipping worldwide.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for standard free shipping unless a separate promotion or checkout notice states otherwise.

Shipping availability may be limited in locations where carriers are unable to provide service or where legal, customs, safety, or logistical restrictions apply.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is:

7–10 business days

This estimate begins after the order has been confirmed. Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Customs inspections or import procedures
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Local disruptions or emergencies
  • Events outside our reasonable control

3. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed for payment authorization, address accuracy, inventory availability, and fraud prevention.

Customers will receive an order-confirmation email after completing checkout. A separate shipping or tracking email may be sent once tracking information becomes available.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may require several business days to update after the shipping label is created. A temporary lack of movement does not necessarily mean the package has been lost.

Customers are responsible for providing an active and accurate email address.

5. Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

BeautyShelfy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect street numbers
  • Missing apartment or unit numbers
  • Incorrect postal or ZIP codes
  • Misspelled city names
  • Invalid telephone numbers
  • Addresses that cannot accept deliveries

Contact support@beautyshelfy.shop immediately if an address change is required. We will attempt to make the change, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment has begun.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Free shipping covers the standard transportation cost charged by BeautyShelfy. It does not automatically include taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the customer’s destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are normally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise during checkout.

7. Split Shipments

An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

8. Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated period, review the tracking information and verify that the shipping address is correct.

Please allow a reasonable period for carrier updates before contacting support.

When contacting us, provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your delivery address
  • Any available tracking number

We will review the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or offer another resolution.

9. Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation or after an appropriate period has passed without delivery or tracking updates.

If an order is confirmed as lost, BeautyShelfy may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund
  • Another reasonable resolution agreed with the customer

10. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check entrances, mail areas, reception desks, and secure delivery locations.
  2. Ask household members, neighbours, building staff, or reception personnel.
  3. Confirm the address shown in the order confirmation.
  4. Contact the delivery carrier.
  5. Contact BeautyShelfy if the package remains missing.

We will assist with reasonable investigation steps. The outcome may depend on the carrier’s records and delivery evidence.

11. Damaged Packages

If the package or product arrives damaged, contact support@beautyshelfy.shop promptly.

Keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, and damaged materials until your claim has been reviewed. Photographs or videos may be required.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, unpaid import charges, or lack of collection may require additional review.

Any refund will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
